I visited Monica and Dan, and you could tell immediately how much they care about the Basenji breed and raising dogs to be true companions. Their home is warm, thoughtful and completely centred around the dogs.
I went in expecting to buy a Basenji puppy, and they actually talked me out of it. It was something I had never heard of from a breeder. They genuinely wanted to make sure I understood the breed and what owning one requires before making a decision.
Monica and Dan are literally raising these pups as part of their family. They are loved, handled and included in everyday life from the beginning, and it really shows in how confident and connected the dogs are.
